Paul Jablon
President
Following a fulfilling first career in education, Paul founded The Jablon Group, bringing his background and personal approach to his work counseling wealthy individuals and families in their estate, business, and charitable planning. Paul draws on his teaching experience to help his clients and their advisors understand complex insurance issues so they have the information they need to make informed decisions. He works closely with them to consider every option to ensure a seamless execution of the client’s plans. Paul is also passionate about community work and leads the firm’s give back initiatives. Involved in all of our spotlight charities, he is also a founding member and past executive board member of the Water Buffalo Club, a charitable foundation that serves impoverished children in the Los Angeles area. He sits on the advisory board of GetLit.org, an organization advancing literature in secondary education.
Nancy Gayhart
Director of Underwriting
As our Director of Underwriting, Nancy’s comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, astute competitive markets analysis, and complex life insurance underwriting consistently gives our clients an advantage in their planning. Nancy joined us in 1994 and, in that time, has deepened all of our key relationships in service of our client's success. With fidelity to our clients and their advisors, and productive working relationships with a wide range of life insurance companies, Nancy manages our complex underwriting case flow and our individual, group, and medicare lines of business.
Sherrie Stathis
Director of Client Services
As Director of Client Services, Sherrie draws on over 30 years of experience in the industry overseeing all policy inquiries for The Jablon Group. Sherrie has a hand in many aspects of our work including marketing, underwriting, policy service, and general support for our team and clients. She maintains the long-standing, meaningful partnerships that allow us to get what we want sooner from our insurance colleagues and provide exceptional results for our clients. Sherrie embodies our philosophy on service – that investing in the client’s needs, goals, and objectives is fundamental to our success.
